Our client, O&H Properties, asked us to turn a sub-standard 1960s flat on the top floor of their commercial office building into a contemporary apartment, with flexibility for future boardroom / training / staff uses.

 

Unbelievably this space was once split into five rooms, each with tiny windows.  On completion we have created a flexible open plan apartment, with micro shower room, contemporary kitchen, floor to ceiling windows and a radically improved terrace, linked to the office below, providing flexible facilities for the future.
