Created as part of a major drive to entice customers and extend dwell times, our wayfinding scheme enabled C&R to increase footfall by 8.8% above the national average.

 

Large clear and dynamic super graphics, contrasting in black and white, were created enabling customers to easily find key areas of the centre. Complementing these was a range of overhead and freestanding carefully placed infographics throughout the centre.
