The owners of this commercial property, a leading global asset manager, asked us to help them get 7,800 square feet of long vacant office space let quickly and profitably.
Our solution was to extend a tired dank undercroft to a create a whole new space. We fitted exciting angled signage, added a new contemporary reception, designed and fitted a crisp reception desk, installed energy efficient high quality LED lighting, added dynamic tenant signage and used warm copper details to achieve a modern feel.
